Hlo friends, beetroot pachadi is one the tasty special item in Kerala sadya. it is easy to make and very tasty recipe. sure you will enjoy eating this beetroot pachadi. must try👍
Ingredients:
Beetroot 1 big one
Curd 1 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Curry leaves 1 string
Salt to taste
Green chili 3
For seasoning:
Coconut oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves 1/2 string
How to prepare?
Take 1big beetroot, chop the beetroot to small pieces using chopper. Put this to a pan, add some salt ( to taste) & 1/2 cup water and cook on a law flame for 10 mins.
This time let's grind coconut grated, curd and chili in a jar. Don't make a smooth consistency.
Now add this grinded paste to cooked beetroot. give a nice mix and cook to boiling point. now turnoff the stove and add some curry leaves, remove from strove.
let's make seasoning
Put the pan on stove. when it turns hot add mustard seeds, dry red chili and curry leaves. add this to curry and mix well.
Beetroot pachadi is ready now.
