What's your main way of contacting sellers right now?
I think texting is definitely the best way, that's my primary way in contacting them.
Shoot them over a text message. Still responding when they can, You can't do that with cold calling. You just have to keep a cycle on the list or doing tasks. At least with texting you can do with your campaigns and automatically have that contact or attempt you could have that attempt through that prospect.
