Quick & Easy Pickled Red Onions Recipe made with Apple Cider Vinegar. In the video I show you a quick & easy method of make one jar of red onion pickles using apple cider vinegar in the brine. In less then 30 minutes you can make your self a single jar of red onion pickles that are ready to eat within a day or two. Great on salads, burgers, sandwiches and more!
Basic Brine One Jar Recipe:
1 cup apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
1.5 tbsp coarse salt
3 tbsp sugar
optional: peppercorns, pickling spices, dried pepper flakes
1 large red onion - thinly sliced
1 clove garlic - thinly sliced
