Here are 3 fitness myths that you probably still believe in. Number 1, getting jacked will get you girls. Let’s be honest, not once in your entire life have you ever spoken to a single non relative women, and that unfortunately will not change even after building muscle, trust me I know. To put that into perspective, here is a quick visual representation of what that looks like, as you can see a pretty consistent linear relationship, something that I clearly struggle building myself. Number 2, pendulum squats. These do not exist, you’re not gonna fool me with this goofy hypertrophy swingset, I’m just not buying it. I’ve never seen one of these in my entire life, and neither have you, so if this is something that you use regularly, please consult a doctor immediately because I’m afraid to tell you you’re schizophrenic. And finally number 3, calf raises will build your calves. If that’s so true, then tell me why I’ve been training these puppies consistently for 3 years yet it still looks like I’m a double leg amputee who was too poor to afford prosthetics so instead, gorilla glued the nearest 2 tree branches onto my patellar tendon with a couple pieces of scotch tape and some vans strapped onto the bottom. I’m done wasting my time, I’m going back to biceps.
