This is the first pellet grill I have owned. I have used gas, charcoal and a stick smoker in the past. The Z Grills 450a combines all that into one grill with no worries of propane or the mess of charcoal. I'm now team pellet smoker all the way.

Ingredients

3 Sweet Potatoes cut into 1-inch slices
1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Badia Complete seasoning
1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning
Grill at 450 F for 25 min on each side
