Diagonal:
- Curtsy Lunge Press x20
- Curtsy Lunge Twist x20
- Flying Arm Press x20
- Ballet Bow x20
Parallel:
- Deadlift Side Kick w/ Bicep Curl x20
- Balancing Leg Lift w/ Tricep Press x20
- Curtsy Kick x20
Side:
- Revolving Side Kick x20
- Side Lunge + Chest Press x20
- Side Lunge + Side Reach x20
Abs:
- Knee Lifts x10 right/left
