This is the no intros or talking version of the center portion of my beginner level ballet class to Disney music! (And Disney ballet fashion, of course!) This is a basic ballet center but I give you options for more intermediate and advanced dancers. Pace yourself and do your best. We focus on building technique and strength, so just keep smiling!
