On the official North Sea Jazz Archive channel, you can discover live performances and interviews with Jazz Legends such as Lionel Hampton, Ray Charles, Maceo Parker, Herbie Hancock, and many others who have graced the festival over the years.
Dutch public broadcasters have been documenting North Sea Jazz since its early days. Since 1992, the Dutch public broadcaster NTR has taken on the role of recording and broadcasting the annual event for Dutch Television.
NTR has captured over 1,500 North Sea Jazz concerts, featuring top artists like Ray Charles, Maceo Parker, and James Brown.
