In Fear and Hunger, you can use an Assassain's Handbook to gain the ability to craft disguises from enemies. This will allow you to bypass them in the overworld without them aggroing to your party. The ones you can make are the Guard Skin, the Lord of Flies Skin, and the Ghoul Skin. You can also receive the Priest's Robe armor from the Dark Priest which will change your sprite to that of a Dark Priest.
