NOTE: Phase 4 is optional.After defeating Algos final form in phase 3 "die'' then watch last hospital sequence.
- For the ''Empty Embrace'' Trophy you will need six ''white poppy'',once you find a poppy collect it then ''die'', watch a hospital sequence,collect the next one then ''die'' again and repeat,after you have collected six white poppies you’ll be able to open the locked door in hospital.
NOTE: There is only one white poppy per tower cycle run.The location is:
Phase 1 - Room 2
Phase 1 - Room 11
Phase 2 - Room 1
Phase 2 - Room 3
Phase 2 - Room 11
Phase 2 - Room 20 after Algos boss in phase 2
- For the ''Find Release'' Trophy you will need to have completed all house sequences during the main story ''Sins of the Mother'' Trophy then you will have to collect six white poppies in order to complete all of the hospital sequences after that you have to defeat final boss Algos in phase 3 then return to the hospital and you will unlock the True Ending.
