Spaghetti all’Assassina:
_Tomato Broth_
400 ml sieved tomatoes
500 ml water
2 tbsp tomato paste
pinch of salt
_Spaghetti Pan_
5 tbsp olive oil
chili flakes
fresh garlic cloves
400 ml sieved tomatoes
300 g spaghetti
olive oil
parmesan
--- Cooking: Heat olive oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic and chili flakes, add the sieved tomatoes later and let it simmer. In the meantime, stir together all the ingredients for the broth. Now add the raw spaghetti to the pan and spread it evenly until it begins to sizzle. Turn the spaghetti and fry the other side too. Now add the broth to the spaghetti in ladlefuls and cook until al dente, stirring constantly. If you like, you can sprinkle the Spaghetti All'assassina with grated Parmesan before serving.
Virgin Elderflower Fizz (non alcoholic):
2 tbsp elderflower cordial
sprig of rosemary
sprig of red currant berries
ice cubes
sparkling water
_optional:_
2 tbsp grapefruit juice
small squeeze of lemon juice
--- Mixing: Tap the rosemary against the palm of your hand to release the oils. Fill the glasses about halfway with ice, then add 2 tablespoons of the elderflower cordial. Top with sparkling water. Stir. Garnish with the red currant berry sprigs and rosemary. If you like lemon juice, a small squeeze will give the mocktail a mojito vibe.
