Homemade DIY pneumatic Halloween prop using basic pneumatic set up for a beginner. Great ideas for some simple and easy startle FX Halloween props. How to run air hoses and low pressure lines to several homemade pneumatic props and storage tanks. You will see how HH hides their ankle blaster/ankle tickler and air cannon props this year in their haunted old western themed ghost town Halloween display. The air blasting prop and tank lived inside a traveling trunk just outside the train depot facade in our Grave Rock Gulch Ghost Town haunt. There is also a snake in the box startling prop hidden inside a old homemade wooden crate with an opening lid near the front porch of the general store facade as you enter the haunt. The air lines also ran to a thrashing pneumatic hangman and gallows prop and a stamping skeleton inside a train depot facade. These air powered props were meant to add scare to the heavily decorated front yard of our house. People could walk through the yard and interact with several things they found and came across. We have attached several links to behind the scenes of each prop controlled by this air system for you to check out. We hope this may help give you some ideas and possibly inspire those thinking about playing around with low pressure air powered props in the future for their film or decorating needs.
