Cheonggukjang is Korean traditional fermented soybeans that has lots of healthy benefits. (also the soup made with cheonggukjang called by he same name) It’s known for clears the blood and helps blood circulation. Best to enjoy as soup with a bit of kimchi 😋👍🏼 You can find Cheonggukjang from a Korean grocery store at the refrigerator or frozen section.
Cheonggukjang
3 cups water
2 pieces of dasima, dried kelp or kombu
1/3 cup well fermented sour kimchi
1 Yukon gold potato, diced
1/2 medium firm tofu chicken diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/3 zucchini, diced
Handful oyster mushroom or any other mushroom
2 tbsp Yundu, Korean fermented vegetable saucr
2 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp doenjang
7 oz cheonggukjang
1 chili, sliced
1 green onion, chopped
