Blender's new hair system in version 3.3 and up, enables you to import Fibermesh curves to Blender.
Here are the steps
1. In Zbrush Export FiberMesh as an OBJ.
2. Import to Blender.
3. Convert the mesh to a 'curve' object by right-clicking.
4. Convert the 'curve' object to the new 'hair curves' object by right-clicking.
5. Attach the hair to the subject
6. Convert the hair to the old particle system. This is a temporary solution to have all the hair functionality like clumping. Which has not been implemented in the new hair system yet.
