A new Ascendant Challenge bounty is available from Petra Venj. This is the week 4 ascendant challenge. I believe there are 6 challenges that will rotate week to week. Toland is located under the first bridge part once you kill the Knights and head to the end. I missed it in this video, but I'll be uploading another video to show where it is once a bounty for finding him is available (which it wasn't at the time of uploading this).
