This was a first for me and I think it was also a strength. Didn't really have a gauge other than smart sets and appropriate rest. I could have gone faster had I not chalked up as much. I think 2 sets I chalked up for that I didn't need to. Could've shaved 20 seconds right there. Did 11/10, 8/7, 9, 9, 8/7, 11/10 for the sets. I also kept with the step down step up burpees until final set of 21. I figured it would be best to just move consistently and to have something in the tank the last set of 21. 21 Burpees can either take 50 seconds or 2 minutes, so that's where I decided to hop down hop up. 21-15-9-9-15-21 Deadlifts 225lb, Burpees.
