About this video:-
In this video, I have spoken about an emotion called FEAR, which holds us back from taking actions necessary for happy and successful life.

The most important point here is, why do we have FEAR at the first place?

We need to go back to the stone age to get the answer. We can call this as “cave syndrome.” Our ancestors were constantly living in the FEAR of being killed and eaten by some other animals. Hence, they were very scared /cautious before entering any cave (where animals used to live). This was the beginning of FEAR in human mind. Now we do not have any caves or animals, but now we have other types of FEARs.

Types of FEARs.

-Good FEARs :-
Fearful respect for law (like police), parents or teachers is a good FEAR. This good FEAR has kept the World going, otherwise, there could have been a chaotic world. We all have capability to do illegal acts, but due to the FEAR of law, we do not do anything illegal. This is called good FEAR.

-Bad FEARs:-
This is the FEAR, which is being installed in school, home, and by the society in our mind.
We FEAR about,
“What people will say…”
“If I fail…”
“Insult….”
“Rejection by important people in your life.” , and many other such self-defeating FEARs.

Effect of FEAR-
I have seen that FEAR, has killed many dreams than any other weakness. If not paid attention, this FEAR will kill your dreams and your happiness. It controls your daily actions and behavior.

What is the cure for FEAR?
The best cure is “face it and have a healthy self-talk.”
FEAR will never perish completely, but you can control it, rather than allowing the FEAR to control you. I use my DNA transformation technique to do this. When students undergo my training, there is an inner transformation in their mind, which I call, DNA transformation. I have seen some ordinary students being transformed into achievers.
So, what are you waiting for?. Kill the FEAR and live courageously.
