Ingredients:

Filling:
9” or 10” pie crust ( store-bought or homemade )
1 3/4 cups evaporated milk
Eggs + 1 egg yolk, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg white

Pie crust:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 cup cold butter
3-4 tbsp. cold or cool water
