There were emotional scenes in the Republic of Srpska on Tuesday night (2/4) as Bosnian Serb prisoners of war were reunited with their families. The three men were among 15 Bosnian Serb soldiers released by Croatian forces. They were part of an exchange of POWs on the Sava river in northern Bosnia, under the supervision of the International Red Cross. After crossing the Sava river, the Bosnian Serbs travelled by bus to the village of Srbac, and some of them to the Bosnian Serb stronghold of Banja Luka.
