A short audio clip from a narrated Audio Adventure produced by BBC Audio, written by Dan Abnett, and narrated by David Tennant, wherein the Tenth Doctor explicitly states that he is not neurotypical. While the definition of the word in this context may mean something different than how we generally use the word, I believe this could still be seen as an explicit declaration of the Doctor (or at least the Tenth Doctor) being neurodivergent. Whether that's by Time Lord standards or human standards or whether there's even a difference between the two is up in the air, but it certainly aligns with the behaviors he exhibits throughout his run.
