Sweet Glutinous Rice is a traditional Indonesian food commonly served during Eid Mubarak or other occasions. Fermentation process allows the yeast to produce sweet alcoholic liquid that put together with the rice creates burst of flavours in your mouth. Adding sugar is optional as fermentation causes sweetness to form naturally, but if you'd like to taste more sweetness, you can add sugar according to the recipe.

200ml hot water
6g rice leaven
25g sugar (optional)
