Cassava is one of the diverse Puerto Rican root vegetables. These roots can be prepare in different ways, and one of them is by frying them; all you need is a little salt. They can be served as snacks or as compliment for your dinner. In this video I am giving you my recipe to prepare Cassava fritters. This recipe can be converted to a different recipe by simply making them in small stuffed balls.
