The list also includes four sitting MLAs who had rebelled against Gehlot in 2020. However, some of Gehlot's loyalists have been denied tickets, leading to speculation of discontent within the party. The BJP has already released its second list of candidates for the Rajasthan elections, and is seen as having an edge over the Congress.
