After a long time I'm playing one of the multiplayer modes of Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord again (The Captain Mode)

In this mode, each player leads a group of AI-controlled soldiers. The goal is to capture and hold special points on the map. Players can issue orders to their units at any time and take control of a soldier when they die
