Samosa
Serves 4
Preparation time 40mins
Veg Filling:
Mashed potato- 2cups
Chopped CHilli-2tbsp
Green peas-half cup
Shan Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
Shan's Tandoori masala-1tbsp
Corriander Leaf-2tbsp(finely chopped)
Samoosa sheet-8nos
oil- for deep frying
Combine chopped chilli, Shan ginger garlic paste, coriander leaf and green peas with mashed potato.
Put Shan's Tandoori masala and adjust the seasoning.
Carefully, fold the samoosa sheets with the potato filling.
Clean wrap and refrigerate for 1-2hrs.
Heat oil to 180 degrees celsius.
Fry the samosa's up to golden brown colour.
Serve them hot with your favourite dip.
Tandoori Chicken Samoosa
Minced chicken 2cups
Chopped onion-half cup
Chopped CHilli-2tbsp
Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
Shan's Tandoori masala-1tbsp
Corriander Leaf-2tbsp(finely chopped)
Samoosa sheet-8nos
oil- for deep frying
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and chilli.
Put minced chicken and cook for 7-8mins.
Add ginger-garlic paste and Shan's Tandoori masala.
Once the chicken is completely cooked finish it with chopped coriander leaf.
Once the filling is cool down, Carefully, fold the samoosa sheets with enough filling.
Clean wrap and refrigerate for 1-2hrs.
Heat oil to 180 degrees celsius.
Fry the samosa's up to golden brown colour.
Serve them hot with your favourite dip.
