When you hear ‘National Astronomical Observatory of Japan,’ it probably conjures up an image of an astronomy related institution. Even though it is simple to say ‘astronomy related institution,’ that definition includes great diversity. For that reason, we produced this video so that you can understand the research activities and learning environment here at NAOJ. It was produced to be shown at events geared to researchers, but the contents are easy for most people to understand. Please listen to researchers explain the research activities of NAOJ.
