I love a creamy scrambled egg. Quick and easy. Make sure to use a non-stick pot and stir and fold continuously avoiding eggs to burn or become dry. Adjust your heat to lower levels as you cook and fold.
4 eggs
4 tsp butter
1 tbsp heavy cream
FRESH chives
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Topped with smoked salmon slice
