I was skeptical about this portable AC unit, given all the negative things people had said in their reviews. But living in an apartment with only an in-wall AC unit in the living room. I needed something like this in the bedroom for those hot summer nights. And I’m super glad I finally bought it, it blows cold and cools my bedroom down quickly. Noise level, it sounds just like any typical in-wall AC unit. It’s important that you should let the unit sit upright for 24hrs before you use it. Set up is straightforward, I bought some duck brand weatherstripping seal to put around the window and exhaust hose mounting plate. And that seems to be working out great.
