As other cruise lines like Celebrity make cuts to their casino rewards programs, Princess Cruises has been very busy trying to make theirs more generous. They seem to be pulling out all the stops to attract more gamblers to their casinos. Since my guide to their program a few months ago they’ve made several enhancements and addressed some of the biggest complaints from frequent players. But it still has one of the least transparent casino programs at sea and they’re one of the few cruise lines that’s increasing the amount of casino space dedicated to smoking instead of decreasing or sealing off smoking sections . I’ve also had some of the most worst customer service of my life trying to fix mistakes made by their casino reservations team.
