Having issues opening your charge port door for your Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6 or Genesis GV60? There could be several different factors at play. The car's programming only allows the charge port to be opened under certain conditions so perhaps you are trying to open it when it's not allowed to?

OR

You may have a gap between the electronic button and the inside of the charge port door that's too big! There's any easy test/fix!
