This is a Ragnaros-esque bossfight versus a stationary elemental lord, and is the final (of two) boss encounters to be had in the Throne of the Four Winds. The fight is in three phases: In the first, a simple phase where you avoid blizzards and run in when he does his knockback. In the second, you avoid tornados and kills adds, and in the third, you fly around and get destroyed by lightning.
