As of now, Korumm's main passive is being able to use Sydon riven
It was even tradable before a recent hotfix
The best is probably when the boss from New War quest progress preview holding the Sydon instead of Korumm
Block+E does a electric discharge with the range of 12 meters, no fall off
have a base damage of 1040, 100% electric and forced impact
The dot can be trigger via status chance, and the dot damage scales with elemental bonus
The damage is register as a slam attack damage, and it can only be affected by:
Bane/Roar bonus can boost initial damage and DOT
Elemental mod can boost the corresponding elemental DOT
Slam attack damage bonus
Boreal's Contempt boosting the DOT damage

The calculation for status effect damage is actually halved the desription value, but double dips
Example: Mod description saids 80%, then its 1*(1+40%)*(1+40%)=1.96

Conclusion:
The Melee Damage given by this mod is the same multiplier as other base damage bonus such as ppp and co
The Status effect damage bonus is as the same multiplier of empowered blade and ash's passive, which is a separated multiplier top of of bane bonus
The dot triggered by Toxic Lash can benefits from Boreal's contempt's dot damage bonus
Because Boreal's contempt is on another multiplier, meaning the more bane bonus you have, the more bonus you get from it expotentially
Also because of how bane/roar bonus is applied, the dot from toxic lash triple dips bane/roar bonus
Then boreal's contempt multiplier the damage by 1.3^2
100%Strength Saryn Venom Does + PrimedFeverStrike + SeismicWave + PrimedBane + Boreal's Contempt
Toxic damage have +50% Multiplier to Flesh Health Type

Using all the mod that can increase damage, and slotting attack speed with the spare slots
because Toxic Lash scales with Toxin elemental bonus so we use as much Toxin Mod as possible
Slam attack damage can not crit so we dont need any crit chance/damage mod here
