Black and White or Color? How do you Choose? This is probably one of the toughest decisions when deciding how to edit Your Photos.

In this video, we'll go over my 6 criteria that I use to help make the decision a bit easier. I see it all the time with new photographers and experienced photographers alike. "Black and White or Color?" is one of the most common questions I come across in the Photography communities on Instagram and Twitter. Both options have their Pros and Cons and could make or break your edit.

➡️ Photo Pro Tip: I always recommend shooting in color even if you plan on making your photographs black & white in post processing. It gives you more data to work with when toning your photos.

➡️ Photo Pro Tip #2: When shooting RAW + JPEG, you can shoot Monochromatic (B&W) and your RAW photos will still be in color! Only the JPEG images and previews will be affected by the color profile.
