Watergrill casual-dining venues across Sydney are legendary for their classic favourites: burgers, pasta, pizzas and roasts. Oh and of course our indulgent seafood platters. But in 2021 we're turning things up a notch as part of Club NSW's 'Perfect Plate' competition. More than 150 local clubs throughout NSW are competing for a chance to be named one of NSW's best club feeds.
Watergrills in Abbotsford, Cronulla and Kirribilli have submitted a Salmon Ceviche, Soy Yuzu dressing, shaved fennel, shichimi, with pink grapefruit as the signature dish for the awards. The dish was curated by Group Operations Manager and Culinary Director Gavin Carfax-Foster.
