The Best Hip Mobility Crawl ⁉️
Being able to remain mobile while in a deep squat position is extremely important in Jiu-Jitsu. If you are looking to pass someone’s guard, having adequate hip flexibility and leg endurance will help tremendously.
This unique crawling pattern also has an element of coordination to it and aims to improve your ability to move your upper and lower body simultaneously.
The sequence is important with this movement so pay attention to the details! As with most crawls the slower the better being as precise and controlled as you can.
