材料：500克糯米、25克虾米、5个香菇、2根腊肠、10个红葱头、100克花生、1勺绍兴酒、1勺胡椒粉、青葱、香菇水
酱汁：半勺白糖、少许热水、1勺生抽、1勺蚝油、半勺老抽、2勺清水
1）香菇、腊肠切丁、虾米切碎、红葱头切片备用
2）把花生冷锅放入，加入油，慢火炸至无泡沫取出放凉加入少许盐搅拌均匀
3）锅留底油，爆香红葱头，再加入虾米一起爆香后加入腊肠&香菇一起翻炒至香味呈现加入1勺绍兴酒
4）倒入糯米，翻炒3-40分钟；过程中加入香菇水翻炒10分钟，盖上盖子小火焖2分钟，重复3次至糯米全熟
5）全熟后加入1勺胡椒粉、调好的酱汁翻炒均匀&葱花翻炒均匀就可以出锅了
6）装盘，撒上葱花&花生粒，香喷喷的生炒糯米饭就做好了👍🏻
