This video is a follow up to my video on newtonian focus problems in prime. The third method I mentioned was shortening of the telescope tube in order to get the focal plane to reach the camera sensor. I will be using a Meade Lightbridge Mini 130 for my example. It has a 130mm aperture parabolic primary mirror with a focal length of 650mm. I removed 2" from the barrel and can now use the telescope for DSLR prime astrophotography without the need for a barlow. Any questions are welcome.
