I'm a huge proponent of investing in industrial real estate but it's definitely not for everyone. I'd go so far as to say it's not for most people actually.

My channel is devoted exclusively towards industrial real estate so this came as a surprise to people in the session, but I believe it's an asset class with a lot of opportunity but a corresponding amount of risk.
