Two of the really important things to remember before you start doing anything else, are that energy flows to where your focus is. Plus this technique works best when you are in a seated position.
So first up, knowing that energy flows where intention goes. It is worth keeping your focus on your solar plexus as you breathe. With every inhale and exhale, keep your attention and focus on your solar plexus. Why? Because your solar plexus is your prime energy store.
From your solar plexus the energy can then flow calmly and smoothly to where it is needed in your body. If you have no focus, or your focus is all over the place, you will potentially start to feel light headed and maybe dizzy. There is a noticeable shift in your energy when you are ha breathing. So keeping focused is important.
In keeping focused you get much more efficient use from the energy you build up.

For the Ha breathing process itself the simple steps are as follows:
1. Get into a comfortable seated position.
2. Place your focus on your solar plexus, or where you wish the energy to flow to.
3. Inhale through your nose using your diaphragm.
4. Pause.
5. Exhale slowly through your mouth, for twice the duration of your inhale, whilst making the “Haaaaa” sound.
6. Pause.
7. Repeat.
It is that simple.
If you being to feel light headed, or in any way uncomfortable, pause or stop. You will either need to modify your technique to ensure you are doing things effectively. Or you have built up so much energy that it is spilling over and through you.
Because it is a calm and peaceful energy it will dissipate smoothly, and you will feel fine again very quickly.
Such things are rare. For most people the experience is positive in a profound way. With the energy helping to calm, relax and enhance a positive frame of mind. Whilst also empowering to achieve good things.

Remember to flow steadily with your breathing, and maintain your focus. Ensure that you exhale slowly through your mouth, for twice the duration of your inhale. Keep to that 2:1 ratio. If your inhale breath is 3 seconds, then exhale slowly through your mouth while making the haaaaa sound for 6 seconds. And pause between your inhale and exhale breaths. Then pause again after your exhale, prior to repeating.
You can repeat the process as much as you like. Extending out to minutes or even hours.
Turn your ha breathing sessions into a meditation, an ha breathe for one hour or so. It is exceptionally calming and will have your energy in a fairly amazing state when you finish. Plus you will feel very relaxed. If you wish to take time getting used to this breathing technique prior to going for one hour then do.
