INGREDIENTS
• 1 (24 ounce) package baby Yukon Gold potatoes, halved
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• Marie’s Squeezables Roasted Garlic Aioli from @mariesdressing (as much as your heart desires)
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. On parchment paper in a baking sheet, drizzle 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil.
2️⃣ Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the oil, and mix. Place potatoes halved side down, top with remaining olive oil. Feel free to sprinkle with favorite herb, like dried oregano.
3️⃣ Bake until the potatoes are tender and the parmesan creates a golden crust on the bottom of the potatoes, about 25 minutes.
4️⃣ Plate potatoes with parmesan crust side up, drizzle @mariesdressing Roasted Garlic Aioli on the potatoes and also serve in small dish for extra dipping. Top with chopped parsley and enjoy!
