Certain foods and drinks, when consumed in excess, can contribute to premature aging—think wrinkles, fine lines, and dry, dehydrated skin—so if you want to retain your youthful appearance as long as possible, you might want to avoid the foods on this list.
1. Fast Food
If it's at the drive-thru, you may want to consider driving on by. Though many fast food chains have healthier options these days, a lot of fast food contains trans fats, which clog and stiffen your blood vessels and arteries, therefore making you look older.
2. Pizza
Of all the foods on this list, this one might break our hearts the most. Not only is pepperoni processed, which can cause inflammation, but it also contains saturated fat. You don't have to ward off pizza all together: Try going meatless, or even better, adding some veggie toppings
