Chinatown Sound presents the debut of our new segment “Soundscape” with Umbrella Collective’s Pro Dillinger. We follow Pro through his hometown of Havestraw, New York and take a deep dive into the saga that took him from a local gem to an internationally praised lyrical heavyweight.

With 16 projects including 10 sold out vinyl releases under his belt, Pro has proved himself to be an undeniable force in the current New York hip hop scene. In this mini-doc, we talk to some of the people that saw him at his humble beginnings as they outline the determination and raw talent that made Pro the wrecking ball he is today. For old fans and new eyes alike, Soundscape shows a side of Dillinger behind the gritty exterior and gives a glimpse into the man behind the ferocious vocals.
