After a little research on the internet I came up with this idea. Using the windshield washer tank and a small valve and some clear tubing, I hooked it to a ported vacuum port on the Quadrajet. I fired it up,cracked the throttle a little to get some vacuum and adjusted the valve for very small flow. This only works at part throttle,not at idle or wide open. Test run to follow.
