This is just one of the many ways to capture an Alpha Pokemon without sneaking slowly

Make sure you ride and close in with the Alpha Pokemon facing away from you so that they won't notice you immediately (take time for them to turn to face you)

NOTE: Suggest to save before you do this, sometimes the pokemon might just keep break free from the pokeball and you might have wasted a lot of pokeball doing so. A reload might reset the chances of capture and you might be able to capture in 1 or 2 tries.
