Kalamay Lansong is surely one of our favorite, simple to prepare and yet super yummy specially with sweet desiccated sugar on top it gives crisp bite on a sweet sticky Kalamay Lansong.
This steamed sweet sticky rice cake can easily cook even with beginners.
INGREDIENTS
2cups glutinous rice flour
1cup sugar
1 1/2cup coconut milk
For toppings
1cup desiccated coconut
1/4cup sugar
PROCEDURES
1. Combine glutinous rice flour and sugar and mix
3. Then add coconut milk stir until all lumps remove
4. Pour on the pan and steam for about 40-45mins
5. Remove from steamer and cool down
6. While cooling down prepare the toppings
7. Toast desiccated coconut and sugar until golden brown
8. And add the toppings
9. Serve and enjoy our yummy Kalamay Lansong!
