The Mcallisters go on vacation again, this time to Florida, making sure that Kevin does go with them, but thanks to a mix-up at the airport, Kevin gets on another flight, which goes to New York, with the coincidence that the thieves also arrived there, now Kevin will have to stop them, again, before they can get away with it.
