During the Curse of Uchitsune Mythic Tale in Ghost of Tsushima you will arrive at an island and obtain a second painting. This is supposed to be a map that leads to a mountain somewhere in Hiyoshi where the longbow of Uchitsune can be found, so you have to make sense of what you are seeing here with the world map.
The exact location of the island in Hiyoshi in the map is here: Once you get there, you will be able to continue with the mythic tale.
