四神汤是中医著名的健脾食方,其中“四神”是指茯苓,淮山,莲子和芡实(或薏仁),汇集在一起后互相补遗,制成的汤水对人体具有健脾、养颜、降燥等诸多益处,几乎发挥出了“无敌”的功效,四神之名当之无愧。
相传乾隆皇帝下江南时,随伺在旁的四位爱臣、由于日夜操劳,加上舟车奔波、水土不服,因此相继病倒。面对此种情况连御医也是束手无策。于是乾隆皇帝命当地知府张榜求医,不久,有一僧人前来揭榜,在把过脉之后开出“莲子、芡实、淮山、茯苓等量炖猪肚”的药方后,宣告“四臣,事成!”。四位大臣服下这药方之后,果然立即痊愈。此后,每有官员南巡,皆以此方炖煮食物养身,久而久之,此方便以‘四臣汤’为名在民间广为流传。当这药方传到台湾之后,由于不清楚‘四臣汤’的由来,并且 ‘臣’和‘神’的台语发音相同,因此以讹传讹而成为‘四神汤’。
Four spirit soup, or sometimes named 四臣湯 Si Chen Tang, is very good for strengthening the digestion system, improving appetite. This soup is very mild and can be taken for long term (but not suitable for people with chronic constipation).
Traditionally the pig intestine is used as to emphasise the digestion function of this soup. However, for people who can't find or don't want to eat pig intestine, we can also use pork to cook this soup.
Methods:
1.将排骨用清水冲洗干净, 排骨放入开水中焯一下,去除上面多余的油脂。
4. 将所有食材放入加水的锅中 - 薏仁、莲子(或党参)、芡实和茯苓用清水冲洗干净放入锅中,倒入适量清水,大火烧沸后放入排骨, 大火煮开后转小火再煲汤两个小时即可 。
5.最后调入盐。
Rinse and soak the herbs for around 5-7 mins
Blanch the meat if you are adding them
Add everything into the soup pot or slow cooker
Add a little salt for flavour

②怀孕早期的孕妈妈及产后调理;
③生活中压力大,亚健康状态;
④肤色暗淡,失眠长斑,内分泌不调的中青年女性长期饮用。
