Wash water spinach with hot water 3 times. To a preheated pan on high heat, add some vegetable oil, then add water spinach and stir until spinach becomes bright green, add salt black pepper and garlic powder and small amount of water to dissolve salt evenly, then cover the lid and cook for 3 minutes.
