One of the most challenging steps of the procedure of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy is the urethrovesical anastomosis.
We demonstrate our technique of the posterior reconstruction of the urethra - bladder using a 2/0 barbed suture and the urethrovesical anastomosis using 2 semicontinuous running sutures (monofilament 3/0, half circle).
